About Us
Connecting, inspiring, supporting a new generation of talent

Women in ESG: 50 Stars Changing the World, seeks to celebrate the talented female trailblazers and role models aged 35 and under from around the world who are at the forefront of ESG. Each year, the campaign will showcase 50 rising stars across different aspects of ESG who have made a lasting and positive impact on their organisations, environment and wider society.
We will share their stories, inspiring other women to be a force for good. We will shed light on the positive examples of innovation, creativity and talent in what is still a nascent and complex industry to many outside the financial sector.
Celebrate a new generation of women who are a force for good – showcase women who are driving positive impact across all sectors (not confined to the finance industry)
Create a global ESG leaders’ community – this will in turn build understanding in a nascent industry and provide a platform for sharing best practice and knowledge
Strengthen female talent pipeline in ESG – ensure that women remain at the forefront of ESG
Create a global conversation on ESG – spark ongoing discussion and action that can accelerate ESG becoming mainstream

“There are so many brilliant women working across the world in ESG, all determined to make a real and tangible difference. We want to celebrate the innovative and tireless work of these phenomenal leaders and build a community that can collaborate across borders, springboarding talent and inspiring others to pursue careers in ESG. Whilst we know ESG is vast, touching on every sector, we celebrate leaders committed to driving change that will leave a legacy for future generations.”

“We are delighted to be sponsoring the Women of the Future ESG Rising Star Awards for 2023, celebrating the important role that women in food retail play in addressing the key environmental, social and governance challenges of today.
At Tesco, we want to serve our customers, communities and the planet a little better every day. Our colleagues work relentlessly to make difference across all parts of our business – from tackling food waste to reducing emissions to ensuring we have an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome. Everyone has a part to play in addressing these issues but we’re proud to champion all the women that are making a real difference to the world around us.”
